Roycycled Besties Retreat 2027
A Small, Soulful Creative Retreat for Women Ready to Come Home to Themselves
All You Do Is Show Up
Join us for an intimate weekend of creativity, connection, and transformation for women ready to rediscover themselves through art, community, and permission to play.
April 22–25, 2027 | Safford, Arizona
Limited to 30 women ready to say yes to themselves. Â
Open to everyone — membership not required.
I'm Ready!"What if creativity doesn’t require confidence, it creates it?"
You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to feel willing.
Because this retreat isn’t about being perfect, prepared, or polished.
It’s about saying yes to something deeper:
- Yes to curiosity.
- Yes to community.
- Yes to the kind of creativity that awakens more than just your hands.
Come for the creativity.
Stay for the connection.
Leave transformed.
This retreat is for the woman who is ready to make space for herself again. It’s for the woman who has spent years pouring into everyone else and feels the quiet pull to return home to herself.
It’s for the creative soul who:
- used to make things, but life got busy, & creativity took a back seat
- has beautiful supplies, big ideas, and still struggles to begin
- feels stuck in perfectionism, overthinking, or fear of doing it “wrong”
- wants to create in a room where she feels safe, seen, and supported
- is craving connection with women who understand why creativity matters
And it’s for the artist who:
- wants to go deeper, not just make more
- is hungry for meaningful community, not just another workshop
- wants to shake off the rules and create something that feels honest
- knows there is something powerful about making art in a room full of brave women
- believes creativity can be playful, healing, messy, beautiful, and deeply personal

All You Do Is Show Up
All daytime meals and creative supplies provided. No experience needed. Experience community, connection, and creative freedom. Â

A warm, welcoming community.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel it, the laughter, the sisterhood, the instant belonging. No cliques. No comparison. Just creative women showing up for themselves and each other.
Guided instruction that meets you where you are.
Whether you’re just getting your creative footing or you’ve been making for decades, the workshops are layered so you’ll learn something new and feel proud of what you create.
Small by Necessity. Intimate by Design.
The 2027 Roycycled Besties Retreat will be smaller than previous years.
We are moving into a smaller space, which means there will only be 30 seats available.
And while that does mean fewer spots, it also creates something really beautiful: a more personal, connected, and intimate retreat experience.
A smaller room means more opportunity to be known.
More space to ask questions, to connect with the women around you.
More room for the kind of creative courage that happens when you feel safe enough to try.
This retreat has always been about more than the projects we make. The art gives us a place to begin, but the real transformation happens in the room... in the laughter, the conversations, the encouragement, the brave little decisions, and the moment you realize you are not doing this alone.
Once the 30 seats are filled, registration will close.
"Saying yes to your creativity in community is the most powerful way to rediscover your courage, your joy, and yourself."
Real Words from Real Attendees
Meet Your Host: Royce
At the heart of Roycycled is Royce’s deep belief that creativity is not just about making beautiful things. It is about remembering who we are, giving ourselves permission to try, and finding the courage to create in community.
For Royce, this retreat is one of the most meaningful expressions of that mission. There is something powerful that happens when women gather in person, sit shoulder to shoulder, share ideas, laugh through the messy middle, and create without the pressure of perfection. The projects matter, of course, but the connection, encouragement, and transformation that happen along the way are what make this experience so special.
Royce is honored to co-create this retreat alongside her co-host and every attendee who walks through the door. Together, you will build more than art. You will build confidence, friendship, creative momentum, and a weekend full of moments that remind you why making matters.
